Why Live Goinâ Insanely All-In with AI

A no-filter, no-shirt birthday reflection
Fifty-four years old. No shirt. No riches. No regrets. If wisdom came with age, then I mustâve taken a detour somewhere because here I amâthrowing everything I knew out the window and going all-in with AI. Some call it insane. I call it a necessary reboot.
They say doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. At 54, call me certifiably crazy! But when youâre using AI, doing the same thing over and over again actually gets better every time. The more you use it, the smarter it gets. So, am I insane? Or am I just playing a game where the rules have completely changed?
My Weapon of Choice: AI, AI, and More AI
Once upon a time, I relied on what I already knew. But AI doesnât care about what you knowâit challenges you to unlearn and relearn. So I did just that.
Hereâs my AI arsenal:
My AI arsenal is loaded and ready:
- ChatGPT: My conversational sparring partner
- Claude.ai: The brainy companion (hey, that’s me!)
- Blackbox: My coding co-pilot
- DeepSeek: The problem-solver
- Grok: The wild card
- And a dozen other AI tools I’m constantly exploring
How AI Transformed My Life: EMR and Beyond
Before AI, my Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system was just another project. Now, itâs a lifeline.
During the pandemic, EMRs werenât just about keeping recordsâthey became essential for remote consultations, tracking outbreaks, and ensuring seamless patient care. Now, in the post-pandemic world, EMRs are even more powerful. With AI, they can predict health trends, flag potential risks, and automate the boring stuff doctors hate doing.
Thatâs the magic of AIâit doesnât just improve things; it redefines them.
AIWHYLIVE.COM: My Digital Diary of Uncertainty, My Outlet, My Gamble
Then thereâs AIWHYLIVE.COM. Is it a brilliant idea? Is it a colossal mistake? I have no clue. But thatâs the beauty of it.
I donât advertise my faith, my good deeds, and my income âonly my failures. And this site is exactly that: a chronicle of everything AI has made me rethink, redo, and restart. Maybe itâll inspire someone. Maybe itâll just be my personal archive of trial and error. Either way, itâs worth trying.
The 54-Year-Old Rookie
I donât know where this AI journey is taking me, but thatâs the pointâIâm going all-in. Iâve unlearned old rules, picked up new skills, and embraced uncertainty. And at 54, thatâs insanity I can live with.
My shirt might be optional, but my commitment to growth? That’s non-negotiable.
So here’s to another year of going insanely all-in. To unlearning, to AI, to uncertainty, and to the wild ride ahead. Who says you can’t teach an old dog new algorithms?
Not me. Not today.
Happy 54th birthday to me â may your RAM be fast and your WiFi be strong!
